Medicare
 AOK Exercise Physiology can facilitate the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program under Medicare which allows individuals with chronic and complex illnesses to access a Medicare rebate for up to 5 individual sessions per calendar year. 
 
Pilates
Pilates is a unique method of controlled exercise designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles, open up the joints and release tensions. Pilates is a form of controlled whole-body conditioning that produces a lean, lithe and optimally functional body.
Currently AOK Exercise Physiology is providing a specialised Pilates for Back Pain class. Delivered by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, this class is also available to DVA Gold Card participants. 
  
1 on 1 Training 
AOK Exercise Physiology aims to provide the patient with the most up to date training techniques, specifically designed to meet the individual’s needs and requirements. AOK Exercise Physiology provides close attention to personal detail providing RESULTS based training with a difference.
 
Lift for Life
Lift for Life is a resistance training program for people with or at risk of developing type 2 diabetes and other chronic conditions. Resistance training involves using your own body weight or resistance equipment like a dumbell or rubberised band.
